We're here again, still preserving social distancing fantastically well at Waterhouse and Mackintosh Homes; well done to both the Residents and Wardens for keeping everyone safe. We are all now allowed to meet with one other person from not within our household, outside and at least 2m apart, it's a start!
There were cakes, wine and tea and lots of conversation and laughter amongst the Residents on VE Day, thanks go to the Wardens for sourcing and delivering those lovely cupcakes. The weather was perfect with quiet, clear blue cloudless skies and a soft balmy breeze, perfect for sitting and admiring the gardens. The VE Day Special Edition of the Newsletter comes out this weekend (look under Community Living) with lots of memories from Residents, Trustees and friends of Waterhouse and Mackintosh Homes and of course everyone's favourite, Roger the Beekeeper!
